1. Payment Methods

All orders are prepaid; payments will be taken before an order is processed, packed and shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Please note that credit card payments are made using the PayPal payment gateway. The customer does not have to have an account with PayPal to pay with their credit cards. The payment is processed by a third party payment gateway so we do not have access to customers credit card or PayPal account information.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within ten business days of submission.

  1. Order Cancelations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at admin@snejanahill.com as soon as possible so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. For cancelling orders that have been shipped please refer to Returns section.

  1. Shipping

The orders can be shipped worldwide. Our default shipping agent is Canada Post.

Please note that your shipping cost is calculated online with integrated Canada Post shipping cost calculating plugin, using annual negotiated discounted rates. These online shipping quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges, but if this occurs, you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.

Snejana Hill Cosmetics takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance. Please note that transporters often do not heat their trucks in winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. Occasionally, stirring the product before use will be required to regain its consistency.

We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered.

Alternative shipping methods are available on request; however, we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following: (1) Customers using their own shipping account, (2) Customers using their own courier, (3) Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.

Snejana Hill Cosmetics will not be held responsible for refunding the cost of freight for Expedited or Express shipments or on any orders that are delayed for reasons outside of our control.

  1. Returns

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges), if returned in original condition.

For all subjective returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of Snejana Hill Cosmetics and the customer simply was not satisfied with the product) the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.

If an error has been made by us, we will gladly pay for re-shipment.

All subjective returns must be returned in original or gently used condition. If we do not receive the items or if they are damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit.

  1. Exchanges

If the customer is not satisfied with a product we will be able to exchange it for another product if (1) the original product is returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in original condition and (2) the customer will pay all associated shipment costs.
